To be eligible for Kindergarten, children must be five years old on or before September
1, 2009.

To be eligible for Pre-Kindergarten, a half-day program, children must be four years old on or before September 1, 2009 and meet eligibility requirements. Requirements are listed in the LISD Education Express or on the district website.

Parents wishing to register children for Pre-K or Kindergarten must bring the following items to registration: birth certificate, immunization record, Social Security card, property specific proof of residency (i.e. utility bill, lease agreement, etc.), and parent driver license.

REMINDER: According to state law: All immunization records must be up-to-date before the registration process can be completed. For additional information you may contact the district at 434-5000.

August:
13th - New Family Orientation
20th - Open House, 5:30 p.m.
24th - First Day of School

Beginning June 8, Faubion will be open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and will be closed every Friday.

The campus will also be closed to the public from June 22 through July 28.

To better serve our growing community, Leander ISD is offering registration for all elementary schools at the main Administration Building and at Cedar Park Middle School during June and July. Students can be registered at either location.

Both facilities will be open Monday – Thursday, June 23-25 and July 6-27 from
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Parents wishing to register their child must bring:

• The child’s birth certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Records
• A Photo ID of the parent or guardian
• Proof of residency, such as an electric bill or water bill
